The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History and Sandia National Laboratories Asian Leadership & Outreach committee will be hosting the 23rd Annual Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage Festival, celebrating the cultural traditions, ancestry, native languages and unique experiences represented among ethnic groups from Asia and the Pacific on Saturday, May 11, 2019.

Lion dancers, Taiko drumming, calligraphy and origami demonstrations and many more exciting activities will fill the day on Saturday, May 11, from 10 am to 3 pm. Museum visitors will be treated to a cultural experience through performances, presentations, exhibits and activities, including food samples.

Participation in the day’s activities is included with regular Museum admission.
